Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your SIGTRACE account and data.

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile and login credentials.
  • Project membership records.
  • Any uploaded files (certificates, signatures, attachments).
  • Locally stored offline data (cleared on next app open).

What is retained

  • Project data you contributed (test logs, shift reports, issues) is retained for project integrity but de-identified — your user ID is removed.
  • Audit log entries are retained with your user ID removed for compliance purposes.

How to request deletion

Send an email to integrations@lineside.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your SIGTRACE account.

We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Alternative: In-app deletion

If you are logged in, you can also request account deletion from your Profile page. Contact your Commissioning Manager or project administrator for assistance.
